History Trip to the Church
As part of their learning about the history of Smeeth, Kingfishers had a trip to the local church. They heard about the history of the building and the artefacts from Reverend Chris. The children listened attentively and asked brilliant questions to clarify their understanding. They have used their research from the trip to make fascinating leaflets about the history of the church.

Maths
Dear Kingfishers,
As you know, we wanted to recap our learning about 'efficient multiplication' today. I have provided a Powerpoint for you to read through about the different methods. Please work through it carefully and thoughtfully, then complete the activity attached. You do not need to complete all the sheets - start with the first one and see how far you get!
English
Please use the research that we collated yesterday about the Yao People to create a fact file (poster or booklet). Please do not copy the text from the research - put the facts into your own words. Remember to illustrate the fact file - make it bright and colourful. I cannot wait to see them when you return to class!
